Hyper-connected teams are when frontline fundraisers and development operations are working in unison.
They come ready to work and are ready to listen and give needed suggestions. To be hyper-connected, you make sure everyone is moving in the same direction and at the same speed.
When you have a hyper-connected team, you become more efficient and effective in your fundraising efforts.
You thrive and move forward in a cohesive way. This translates to raising more money for your nonprofit organization.
During a meeting, observe team members:
1) Are all team members positively engaging in everybody’s ideas?
2) Does the team work together to come up with a solution?
3) Do team members show respect toward each other?
If the answer is yes to all of these, you likely have a hyper-connected team.
